Ashurst is large site close to the New Forest with 280 standard pitches for touring caravan, camping, motorhome and trailer tent holidaymakers. Marked cycle and footpaths mean the centre of the New Forest is easily accessible.
The site is just a one mile walk from the village of Ashurst and 2.5miles from Lyndhurst, the unofficial capital of the New Forest, meaning a host of restaurants, pubs and shops are available. Lyndhurst is also home to the Verderers’ Hall and sites of historic interest. Other local attractions are the Longdown Activity Farm and The New Forest Wildlife Centre.
Facilities on site include toilets, showers and a laundrette. Unfortunately pets are not permitted on the site and there is no electricity supply. Prices start at £13.90 in low season and rise to £23.80 in high season for two adults. Camping and Caravanning Club members get a discount of £3.50 per night and families receive a £1 per night discount.
